At SunglassesWest we endevour to ensure that our products are moved to you in a swift and reliable fashion. Outlined below for your convenience is information pertaining to our shipping policy.

• All items will be dispatched as a matter of urgency and usually will arrive within two days of reciept. Please contact our office if you have not received your goods within this time frame.
• Items are shipped via either Australia Post Express or COD, depending on your selection made during the processing of your sunglasses purchase.
• Shipping charges are outlined prior to confirming your purchase order.
• Should there be a problem with your order or in the case of large orders, you will be contacted by a SunglassesWest representative within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
• If for any reason your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact our office and we will arrange immediate replacement of any damaged or soiled items.
